MeTA1 1.1.Alpha11.0 is available for testing. It enables MeTA1
to be used on OpenBSD 6.4 and fixes several problems related
to newer TLS libraries.

Use MAP_STACK if defined (introduced in OpenBSD 6.4) for stack
memory allocated via mmap(2) in statethreads, otherwise it crashes.
- 2018-12-01
Always initialize the TLS library back on even if OPENSSL_init_ssl(3)
is available as TLS support otherwise breaks when using LibreSSL 2.8.
- 2018-11-30
TLS session caching did not work with the changed behaviour of
TLSv1.3 (as supported by OpenSSL 1.1.1).
- 2018-11-24
If SSL_CTX_set0_CA_list(3) is available then send the DNs of the
certificates in CAlist_file to the server if TLSv1.3 is used.
- 2018-05-12
If the current directory is not accessible to the meta1m user the
installation script might fail to determine the hostname as well
as the group id for meta1g. To avoid this, the script now changes
the permission of that directory to a+rx. Problem noted by Tim
Brazil.
