MeTA1 1.0.Alpha10.0 is available for testing.
It fixes two minor problems,
e.g., logging syntax errors for RCPT.

configure could hang on SunOS 5.x if conf.cache is not used (while
trying to execute a test program in statethreads/). Problem noted
by Bryan Costales.

Log client input if the RCPT command is syntactically invalid instead
of trying to log the recipient (which is most likely still empty
in this case).
