MeTA1 1.0.PreAlpha37.0 is available for testing.
It fixes a build problem on Linux/i386
and introduces two experimental compile time options
to set an IP address for the SMTP client
and the maximum delivery rate.

New compile time option OCC_RATE (experimental): allow for specification
of maximum sending rate (per minute) for a server (per IP address)
IP address.
- 2010-08-06
New compile time option FFR_CLIENT_BIND (experimental): enable the
option "clientaddr" in smtpc to specify a local IP address to which
smtps should bind(). Notes:
- this option is likely to change in later releases to make it more
flexible (e.g., depended on various conditions).
- it is currently not documented (because it is an FFR).
- if an IP address is used for bind() that does not have a route to
the intended server, then the connection will fail, and you must
fix that configuration error yourself.

MeTA1 1.0.PreAlpha36.0 was built with automake 1.9.6 which caused
an error on Linux when trying to assemble md.S in statethreads:
as: unrecognized option `-c'
The next release will be built again with automake 1.5 to avoid
this problem.
